Physiotherapy and Podiatry appointments are now being booked in as normal, however if you are concerned about attending the clinic for any reason, please inform the receptionist and we will ask a clinician to contact you to see whether your problem can be managed remotely (by telephone consultation).
When attending the clinic please wear a face covering and be prepared to wait outside the clinic (or in your vehicle) if directed to do so by our receptionist. If you do not have a face covering we are able to provide one for you. If you present with any symptoms of Covid-19 we will not be able to see you and your appointment will be cancelled (no charge). If you are new to the clinic then the receptionist will ask you to complete our registration and consent form.
At your appointed time you will be called through by your treating Physiotherapist who will be wearing a face mask, (visor/goggles), apron and gloves. Your session will then continue as normal. Upon completion of your session you may be asked to wait in the cubicle until the reception area is clear of other patients to ensure safe social distancing can take place.
We would be grateful where possible for patients to make payment by card, preferably contactless.
Should you have any questions about our new procedure then please ask the receptionist or Physiotherapist/Podiatrist, or feel free to email us.
