The Havering Therapy Centre Counsellors
Karolina Puspacherova
I aim to provide a non-judgemental, comfortable and safe space to enable clients to freely express their emotions and open up about their deepest inner thoughts.

My belief is that the power of listening and being there for clients empathically can assist them to feel accepted and heard. I consider each client as an individual who has the ability to overcome life’s challenges and find the inward strength to live a more fulfilling life.

I position myself as an integrative practitioner. This means using a blend of approaches such as person-centred, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and existential approaches. I deal with challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship/friendship/family issues, sex related issues, bereavement and loss, life transitions and many more.

I am a fully qualified counsellor trained in Integrative Counselling and I’m an accredited member of the BACP (MBACP). I provide in-person, online and telephone counselling either for a short-term or open-ended basis.
