Lana Kashtelyanova

Podiatrist

Lana qualified in 2011 from the University of East London and has additional qualifications in local anaesthesia, nail surgery and prescription only medicines (POMs). She is a member of the College of Podiatry and Health and Care Professions Council.

During her training, Lana worked for Barking, Havering and Redbridge NHS Trust and has been working in private practice throughout East London since qualification.

Lana enjoys diagnosing and treating a wide range of foot conditions with a particular interest in nail surgery, verruca needling and biomechanics.

Lana works every Monday and Wednesday and every other Saturday (morning).


Tracey True-Evans

Foot Health Practitioner

Tracey began her journey in Foot Health as a Volunteer with Age Concern's toe nail cutting service, she qualified as a Foot Health Practitioner in May 2010 from the SMAE Institute and has been working in the area ever since.

Tracey is a mother of 4 and enjoys middle distance running. She has a keen interest in Hockey, playing for Havering and also helps as an assistant coach for 5 to 12 year olds. She used to practice as a Masseuse and has an interest in alternative therapies.

Tracey works with us on a Thursday.
